Круговой поток – это непреднамеренные потоки электроэнергии при движении электроэнергии от производителя к нагрузке, делящиеся по множественным параллельным маршрутам. особенно относится к потокам электроэнергии по непреднамеренному маршруту, отклоняющемуся от самого прямого географического маршрута или контрактного маршрута.

Loop flow is the unintended electricity flowing on a the movement of electric power from generator to load by dividing along multiple parallel paths. it especially refers to power flow along an unintended path that loops away from the most direct geographic path or contract path.
